BRAZILIAN MINERALS GROUP:
FROM INNER BRAZIL TO THE WORLD.

The Brazilian Minerals group is an initiative by the Brazilian Gems & Jewelry Trade Association – IBGM in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency – Apex-Brasil – linked to the Brazilian Ministry of External Affairs.

The group is comprised of 11 of the most experienced export companies from Soledade, State of Rio Grande do Sul. Soledade is a city of 30,000 inhabitants, located 230 km from the capital, Porto Alegre, that is widely recognized as an important source for minerals and precious stones.

The Brazilian Minerals group operate through a single sales channel. Buyers have at their disposal a dedicated technical consultant to identify the right partner to best fit their needs. Together, companies are able to meet client’s needs with a wide portfolio of products and appropriate packaging to ship to any part of the world.

These eleven companies represent an important 23% of the total Brazilian exports of this industry, with export figures of around US$ 200m to over 30 countries worldwide.

Each of these companies is proud to operate in full compliance with regulatory agencies, from mining certificates to environmental licenses and labor laws.
